At Chhaanv, we strive to offer an exceptional experience. Our Refund and Return Policy ensures clarity and fairness in case of cancellations or changes.

Cancellation Policy

Advance Cancellations
Partial Refund: 50% refund for cancellations made [3–6 days] before the check-in date.
No Refund: Cancellations made within [48 hours] of the check-in date.

Non-Refundable Bookings

If a non-refundable rate is chosen during booking, no refunds will be processed.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within [7–10 business days] from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

Modification Policy

Booking Modifications
Changes to booking dates or preferences are subject to availability.
A rescheduling fee may apply if changes are requested within [3 days] of the check-in date.
Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters or government restrictions), refunds may not be issued. However, guests may receive a credit for future stays at our discretion.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to check in on the booking date without prior notice will forfeit the entire booking amount.
